Shane Paladin - Chief Executive Officer

Shane Paladin is the Chief Executive Officer of Siteimprove. As Siteimprove’s CEO, Shane is deeply committed to empowering every person to experience, engage and thrive in the digital world. Shane is a growth-minded leader with a passion for purpose-driven companies. He has spent the last 15 years in global leadership positions in China, the UK and the US, and he has more than 20 years of experience in enterprise software across roles spanning engineering and development, commercial operations and sales. Prior to Siteimprove, Shane was President of Services at SAP, a leading global software company, where he was responsible for 19,000 employees and a $4B division. Shane started his professional career in United States Army and completed his postgraduate studies at the University of Oxford. Shane joined Board International as a Board Member in February 2022 and helps coach and develop entrepreneurs in the tech startup community.

Britt Provost - Chief Human Resources Officer

Britt Provost is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Siteimprove. She leads the global talent (HR) organization that is composed of talent acquisition, employee experience and effectiveness, and workplace services. Britt ensures that the company is delivering progressive career experiences and programs for the Siteimprove community: all with a focus on creating a workplace and organizational culture that allows team members and people leaders to grow, thrive and feel like they belong, wherever in the world they reside. Prior to Siteimprove, Britt was Chief Human Resources Officer at Accolade, Promethean, and Apptio. Britt earned a BA in Art History from the University of Washington, and her MBA from the University of Colorado.

Mogens Abel-Bache - Chief Product and Technology Officer

As Chief Product and Technology Officer, Mogens is responsible for Siteimprove's engineering teams, release management, and the organization's infrastructure across several locations worldwide to equip the organization with the right people and tools to scale the Siteimprove platform and operations as the company continue to grow.

Eric Gorney - EVP of Sales, Global

Eric Gorney is the Executive Vice President of Global Sales at Siteimprove, responsible for driving the global sales strategy and execution across EMEA, North America and APJ regions. Prior to Siteimprove, Eric worked at SAP for over 13 years where he held a variety of sales leadership roles including Regional Vice President of Sales, Vice President of High-Tech and Chief Operating Officer of Hong Kong and Macau. Eric earned a B.S. in Business Marketing from Northern Illinois University.

Mads Sørensen - General Counsel

Mads Sørensen is the General Counsel of Siteimprove, overseeing Siteimprove’s global legal organization including contracts, compliance matters, corporate governance, risk management, vendor management and M&A support. Prior to Siteimprove, Mads was an Attorney at Plesner working with EU and Danish competition law matters as part of the EU and competition law team. Mads earned a Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws from the University of Copenhagen.

Izabela Misiorny – Chief Marketing Officer

Izabela Misiorny is the Chief Marketing Officer of Siteimprove, responsible for driving brand awareness, product positioning and demand for Siteimprove’s state of the art solutions worldwide. Iza has been with Siteimprove for over two years and has held a variety of roles within the company, most recently as Senior Vice President of Product Marketing where she developed and drove the value proposition and marketing strategies for Siteimprove’s suite of solutions. Prior to joining Siteimprove, Iza held product marketing roles at Signify and Phillips Lighting. Iza earned a Master's degree in International Economics from Warsaw School of Economics and CEMS Master’s in International Management degree.

Kara Kovack – Senior Vice President of Commercial Operations

Kara Kovack is the Senior Vice President of Commercial Operations of Siteimprove, responsible for supporting, enabling, and educating the Siteimprove organization on Go-To-Market motions. Prior to joining Siteimprove, Kara held leadership roles at Cisco and PwC. Kara earned a Bachelor’s in Marketing and Management from the University of South Carolina.

Elliott DeLoach – Chief Financial Officer

Elliott DeLoach is the Chief Financial Officer of Siteimprove, responsible for overseeing Siteimprove’s finance and legal functions in the company’s next phase of growth. Elliott has more than 25 years of experience in investment, M&A, finance, and corporate development roles having worked in banking, private equity, and private and public companies across many industries. Elliott earned a B.A. in Chemistry, cum laude, from Amherst College and a Master's in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
