Passionate about digital accessibility, Izabela has been advocating for inclusive marketing practices and helping organizations create digital experiences that are both impactful and inclusive. Her research on accessibility has appeared in publications such as The Wall Street Journal and The Financial Brand, and she is a frequent speaker at accessibility conferences and events. Gina’s other areas of expertise include how to build and scale an experience design practice; inclusive design; design systems; and the intersection of user experience (UX) and customer experience (CX).
